Ripening concentrate – What is it?
It is also known as ripening liquid or ethylene generator feed. Ripe Plus Fruit Ripening ConcentrateTM is used inside an ethylene machine/ripening machine for fruit ripening and citrus degreening in commercial ripening rooms. It is poured in in generator’s tank as per the requirement and converts to ethylene gas once device is switched on. It is best suited for fresh fruits and vegetables like Bananas, Mangoes, Papayas, Avocados, Tomatoes, Lime and Citrus etc.
What does it do?
Ripe Plus Fruit Ripening ConcentrateTM helps in development of sweet taste and a soft texture in fruits during ripening. The fruit pulp becomes softer, contains more sugar, and has lower acid levels as it ripens. Fruit typically loses its green background colour, turns yellow in colour, and develops softer skin and flesh.
Ripe Plus Fruit Ripening ConcentrateTM is used with our Ethylene Generators ( also known as catalytic generators) for fruit ripening and citrus de-greening in commercial ripening rooms.
